Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry muffins are a classic for a reason. They're moist, fluffy, and packed with juicy blueberries. This recipe is simple to follow and yields a dozen delicious muffins.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Fill the prepared muffin cups about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
